Summer Stock Sunday

It's been a busy week getting the kids ready for the mission trip.  They're gone now, so we had some time to sit down and work on my book together.

While we were sitting there, we noticed a squirrel perched on my son's bicycle seat.  He is a squirrel with great ambition and no firm grasp of the realities of the situation.

So this is my summer stock Sunday photo/video.  Thanks, Robin, for hosting.  Hope you enjoy it!

Oh that's hilarious! We're getting payback from laughing so much at our squirrels - they're taking the not ripe veggies from the garden & then not even eating them. We'll have to spray them with something that squirrels don't like, I guess.

That is very, very funny. You are very witty with your words!
btw...the flag in my blog post is a historic flag with only 48 stars. That means it is a pre-1960 flag. It was the 4th of July when it was being displayed and it was done to honor our country and our flag.

I love his get-ready-get-set before the big leap.

That is hilarious!

We don't have squirrels here, my kids go crazy for them in the US - imagine mom, wild animals running around RIGHT THERE IN THE YARD!

Too funny! Squirrels may look cute, but their garden damage often isn't.
