Glad that your daughter is better and back in school. Great news.1. Walking Nalu. Even if it's around the block with traffic or at the peacefulness of the park, it's just soothing to me.2. An ice filled glass of water. I can never seem to get enough of it. I feel like I'm cleaning out my body with it.
1.) Prayer always relaxes me and helps me mellow out.2.) Church. Worship. Sleep. (Not all at the same time, though some people do it that way.) ;)
