Now It Can Be Christmas

It is pouring snow this morning. It's our first real snow of the season and every time I walk by a window I get a big grin! This video was just shot from my window next to my computer.

The soundtrack in the background is the London Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Sir Colin Davis. If you want to hear the whole thing and see the video of them performing it, click here

Merry Christmas!

You'd better be happy about this snow. It inspires cookie baking! Finished frosting one kind today and baked a second kind. Tomorrow will be the gingerbread and then the package goes in the mail Monday to sunny HI!

This is the way I like my snow -- in someone else's neighborhood!

On the other hand, I went to a Christmas concert this morning. I was barefooted and wearing shorts and a t-shirt. That's just too warm to generate much in the way of Christmas spirit in me.

Beautiful. Snow makes me happy. I got my first yesterday afternoon. It's melted already though.
