Microfiction Monday

For Micro-fiction Monday Susan at Stony River challenges us to write a story, based on an illustration she provides, in 140 characters or fewer. That count includes spaces and punctuation! (Definitely makes that 2-spaces after a period convention go away!). Here is this week's illustration followed by my story (I did have to cheat and use "&" instead of "and" this week. I guess that makes me ineligible for the fabulous cash prizes Susan sends out. haven't received one yet? My bad).

Be sure to visit the others who play!

Put your left foot in and you shake it all about, & in this stupid dress I want to stomp & scream & shout, & that’s what it’s all about!

LOL! That is PERFECT! I just couldn't come up with anything for this photo -- of course, I between the photos I wanted to show off, the posts I had to do, and my busy-ness preparing to move, I didn't put enough thought into it. You obviously did!

I never saw the Hokey Pokey in that but OMG that's exactly what she's doing! Wonderful story; I can't imagine going anywhere dressed like a deflated tomato. Or whatever.

Fabulous cash prize on its way!
